Small Business Evaluation Program

The Small Business Evaluation Program is geared to give Small Businesses an opportunity to take a deep look at their business from all angles and get real time actionable solutions to make improvements and get a leg up on their competition for the final calendar quarter of 2023 and for all of 2024! This program is by application only and will only be accessible to 20 applicants. These 20 successful applicants will be notified via email and a personal phone call after the application period is closed. You will find a link to the application at the bottom of this page.

Full Policies and Procedures Evaluation

As part of the Small Business Evaluation Program each participant will receive a full review of all policies and procedures in their business with recommendations for efficiency and better productivity. This review is the first step in the program and typically would cost a Business Owner $2000.00 through WCO Business Solutions LLC but is included in the total cost of the program.

Full Onsite Business Operations Evaluation

Policies and Procedures are only part of the business operations, and no evaluation is complete without a full onsite operations review. This review will look at the execution of day-to-day operations by the people you count on the most, your awesome employees!
WCO Business Solutions will take 3 days to dig deep into the daily operations of the business and talk with employees and customers to see what improvements can realistically be made to make your business the best in the area!
You will then receive a full written report with all findings and recommendations to make the needed adjustments to keep employees and customers happy and coming back over and over again.

WCO Business Solutions typically charges a flat fee of $10,000.00 just for this service and for a limited number of Small Businesses this will be included in the program price!

Full Financial Evaluation

Every business has somewhere they can improve in their finances, it is just the nature of being in business. WCO Business Solutions LLC will take a look at your last 3 years of fiscal operations with a magnifying glass. From there we will provide a Fiscal Situation Report to show you where you are, what you are on track for and how you can increase efficiency in use of cash flow to build your business and grow in 2024!

WCO Business Solutions typically charges Small Business $8,000.00 for this deep dive report and recommendations but through this program it is included!

Target Market Review and Research Report

NO, not everyone is your Target Market! WCO Business Solutions will do all the market research and help you understand your Local Defined Target Market as well as your NON-Local Defined Target Market as well as how to reach them.

WCO Business Solutions will provide you with the exact demographics of your Target Market, Psychology of that Target Market and Sales Strategies to access that Target Market in an easy to read and understand report. This report is typically billed out at $6,000.00 but through this program successful applicants will receive it as part of the program!

The Big Picture Report!

By the end of the 3-month program run successful applicants will receive a Big Picture Business Success Report! This report will address all areas of your business with information about current strengths and weaknesses, recommendations to improve the weaknesses, best practices for growing their business and so much more!

Program Details:

Applications will be accepted between August 1, 2023, and August 15, 2023. All you have to do is click Apply Here to start your application. WCO Business Solutions LLC will review all applications and select 15 Small Businesses to participate. Those 15 Small Businesses will be notified by email by August 25, 2023. They will also receive a personal phone call from Kadee Sprinkle to set up the first Consultation Meeting and get started.

Program Cost:

Program is valued at $26,000.00. For selected applicants the cost will be a flat $10,000.00! This is over a 50% savings for Small Businesses looking to grow in 2024!

Payment options are available with WCO Business Solutions LLC and through an outside party.

20% ($2,000.00) is due at selection for the program. This is the minimum down payment for the program.
