"No Show" Policy for Appointments

"No Show" Appointment Disclaimer:

At WCO Business Solutions, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional services. We kindly request that you adhere to our appointment scheduling and communication policies.

In the event of a "No Show" for a Success Chat Appointment, a fee of $250.00 will be charged, reflecting the missed opportunity and resources allocated. For Consulting Appointments, a "No Show" will incur a charge equivalent to the full hourly rate of $500.00.

Please be aware that "No Show" charges are invoiced and processed by 9 am EST on the day following the missed appointment. We strive to ensure efficient scheduling and serve all clients promptly, which necessitates this policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions or need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the services provided by WCO Business Solutions ("WCO"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of WCO's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

1. Payment Methods

WCO Business Solutions accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit cards, ACH transfers, and CashApp. Please note that WCO Business Solutions does not accept checks, whether personal or corporate.

 

2. Payment Terms

To initiate work on a Service Contract, WCO Business Solutions requires the client to make a payment of at least 20% of the total cost of the contract at the time of signing the Service Contract.

 

3. Payment Plans

Depending on the size and term of the contract, WCO Business Solutions offers both internal and external payment plan methods. The availability and terms of payment plans will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. Termination of Service Contracts

WCO Business Solutions reserves the right to terminate Service Contracts under the following circumstances:

   a. Lack of payment: Failure to make payments as outlined in the Service Contract.

   b. Breach of contract: Violation of any terms and conditions outlined in the Service Contract.

   c. Harassment or mistreatment: Any form of harassment, mistreatment, or abusive behavior towards any WCO Business Solutions representative.

 

5. Record Retention

WCO Business Solutions will retain a digital copy of all Service Contracts for the full term of the Service Contract. Additionally, WCO Business Solutions will retain a hard copy of the Service Contract as well as a hard copy of the Client Files for a period of 18 months after the last date of service.

 

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. WCO Business Solutions reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Disclaimer:

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the services provided by WCO Business Solutions LLC ("the Company"). By engaging with the Company and utilizing its services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Outcome Responsibility: WCO Business Solutions LLC is not responsible for the outcome of the Business Owner's inactivity. While we strive to provide effective recommendations and solutions, the ultimate success or failure of implementing these recommendations lies with the Business Owner.

2. Recommendations and Continuity: All solutions provided by WCO Business Solutions LLC are recommendations to the Business Owner. It is essential that the Business Owner continues to implement and follow these recommendations even after the consulting relationship with WCO Business Solutions LLC has ended, as ongoing commitment and consistency are necessary to achieve optimal results.

3. No Refunds: In the event that the Business Owner has not implemented the recommended solutions for at least a 12-month period, WCO Business Solutions LLC does not offer refunds for services rendered. The Company assumes that the Business Owner's lack of desired results after this timeframe may be partially attributed to the Business Owner, and therefore, only 1/2 of the money spent with WCO Business Solutions LLC will be eligible for return.

Please note that this disclaimer is a binding agreement between the Business Owner and WCO Business Solutions LLC. It outlines the terms and conditions under which our services are provided. By engaging with our services, you agree to release WCO Business Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use or reliance on the provided solutions.
